It will reuse the stock spark arrestor and has also been flow tested and field verified to ensure optimum performance with a quieter exhaust note.
NOTE: Will not fit models with accessory bumpers or 6 point roll cages. Use part number 09-119 for these applications.
This slip-on muffler for the 2015-17 Polaris RZR XP 1000 has a higher flow rate compared to the stock muffler. This translates into a substantial performance increase and better throttle response. Its stainless steel construction provides excellent strength and durability.
This performance slip-on muffler for the Polaris RZR 570 is designed for maximum airflow without increasing sound level output. It provides a 32% increase in airflow over the stock silencer. This results in a substantial performance improvement, showing better throttle response as well as top-end horsepower. Will not fit 2012 570 RZR, only 13-17 models.

This muffle will NOT fit the XP Pro Models
This new cap is very robust in its construction to significantly reduce the binding caused by the stock cap in RZR Turbo and RS1 models. This decreases heat and friction, improves clutching consistency and performance and lengthens clutch and belt life. One key to our design is the tight tolerance bronze bushing that we use. This bushing is flanged to insure that it stays in place and the tighter tolerance between the bushing and the spider nut helps further reduce heat and friction caused by cap bushing bind to eliminate the problem rather than just deal with the headaches the extra heat and friction create. This kit comes complete with a new spider nut that has been machined in the castle area to allow its use with the tight tolerance bushing.
Great for adding LED lighting to the bottom of the A pillar. Sold as a pair for left and right side. Brackets may not be EXACTLY as pictured, as they differ from model to model slightly.
