Our lower door inserts are made from 1/4″ smoked Polycarbonate. They are CNC cut, and hand finished in Nampa, Idaho…USA! The RZR 900 Trail doors come complete with 2 doors, 2 shoulder bolsters, and all stainless steel mounting hardware. They are easy to install, and are one of the best sealing door inserts on the market.

This windshield is designed to cover the entire front viewing area of the cab. It attaches very easily using the six provided stainless steel clamps, and stainless steel hardware. It is designed with a contour to fit the hood of the vehicle, and includes a soft rubber strip attached to the bottom of the windshield, to prevent scratching, and damage to the hood. All edges are rounded, and smooth, for safety and appearance.

They are made from 1/4″ tinted polycarbonate. Don’t be fooled, Polycarbonate is NOT plexiglass. Polycarbonate is virtually indestructible. It will bend before it breaks. This is the same material we manufacture our roofs and rear windows out of. And the doors are tinted all the way through the material. It is not a tinted film.
Our doors provide visibility, so you can see your front tires without opening your door, which is ideal for rock crawling! These upper panels provide protection from rocks and debris.
*NOTE* Installation does require you to drill (3) 3/8″ holes in the black plastic on the right side, above the key/switch location.
