Our BlackJack Tire Repair kits are among the best in the world. We designed our exclusive T-Bone handle to be easy to control and easy on your hands. The solid steel handle with a rubber embedded PVC handle allows maximum pressure and control while inserting the repair. A round handle can turn and can cause injury to the operator.
Our repairs are manufactured using high-tensile strength fibers. Many competitors use cotton or polyester fiber strands. Each BlackJack strand of fiber is individually impregnated with live butyl rubber. This compound is developed using carbon black, giving the repair its black color, making the repair almost invisible in the tire. Carbon black also increases the strength and wear resistance of rubber.
BlackJack Repairs conform to the size and shape of the injury, sealing out moisture and dirt, eliminating stress to the belts and preserving the tire integrity. This is the reason that BlackJack Tire Repairs are a PERMANENT repair. Small diameter repairs are approximately 3/16 inches (4.8 mm) in diameter and the Large diameter repairs are approximately 1/4 inches (6.4 mm) in diameter.
Kit includes: 2 T-Bone Handles, 1 with a spiral probe and 1 with a 4″ open eye needle, 1 6″ spare needle, a screwdriver with reversible shaft, a Philips on one end and straight on the other end and a valve core removing tool, 1 hex wrench, a specially formulated lube, razor blade and 30 repairs ( 10 4″ large dia., 10 4″ small dia., 5 6″ large dia., and 5 6″ small dia. repairs) in a custom form fitted case.
Shelf life on this product is over 20 years.

Remove the wheel, remove the caliper, and take off the axle bolt. Insert grease tool and pump with grease. Reverse and move to next wheel, it really is that simple!
