Machined after powder coat to put the final touches on an already quality piece.
Our Pull plate is machined from a solid piece of aircraft grade 6061 T-6 1.5"x 8" Aluminum bar stock. We then machine both pieces, send them out for powder coating and then round all of our corners to give it a look that really pops and will wow anyone.
Our plate is accompanied by stainless hardware mounting the hook to the plate and as our plate has a full lifetime warranty against any workmanship and defects and is produced right here in the U.S.
If you have a CanAm X3 it is no secret that the rear knuckle is a problem area. The 2 main failures we have seen are with the middle toe link (Middle Radius Rod) and the wheel bearing snap ring. Our billet solution addresses both of these areas providing you with a worry free riding experience. In the videos below we explain how and what we did to fix these problematic areas.

Frame Gusset Plate
The gusset plate is a necessary solution in many cases. The gusset plate helps to make X3 more rigid by reducing deflection in the front end of the machine, as well as adding a little bit of beef to the front of the machine.
When using the X3 to its potential there is a very high risk of causing extra deflection in the front end letting the upper shock mount area and the lower frame where the control arms connect move undesirably from the shock load. Tie your frame together with this gusset and our upper shock tower brace making it best way to protect that precious radiator fan from permanent and expensive damage.
You must use this with either our limit strap system or with our aluminum shock tower brace to be effective. This gusset plate will not attach to your factory pieces.
Made from 3/16 mild sheet steel, tig welded and includes a grommet for hoses to pass through without damage.

This filter will fit the Can Am X. Desertcraft has developed this filter for severe duty. The Desertcraft filter is a dry element that requires no special cleaner or oil to service. It is serviceable !!!! To service the filter you simply blow it out from the clean side with compressed air or vacuum from the dirty side. The filter can be soaked in a soapy solution rinsed and air dried too.
Our Front sway bar end links are the perfect upgrade for the factory link replacement. Our links are made from Billet 6061 Aluminum using all stainless hardware and chromoly heim joints.
