Side by Side Outlet Parts and Accessories
In the world of rear control arms for the Polaris RZR, there are beefier radius rods and high clearance arms. However, for those wanting the beefiest, strongest, most extreme rear control arm, there is the Agency Power Unbreakable High Clearance Rear Arms for the RZR 1000 | RS1 and RZR Turbo. Designed for racing, rock smashing, and all around terrorizing of trails, the Agency Power rear arms are something you will never think twice about. Built from 3/16 inch thick, 1018 steel, each arm is a 2 piece plate design that is stitched together. On one end is a CNC machined cup to fit a fixed monoball bearing and on the other end is a CNC machine insert to fit the 5/8 inch spherical rod end. All parts are MIG welded together for one ultra-strong piece. To ensure proper alignment with the factory hardware, 304 stainless steel spacers are CNC machined and included with the kit. Each kit also includes an upgraded 3/16 inch rear frame brace that features the AP logo.
With a fixed monoball design on the inner part of the bars, these will not rotate around like other kits that have adjustable rod ends. When using adjustable rod ends on high clearance arms, they tend to rotate loosening the heim. The fixed bearing gives a rigid connection that will never come loose or rotate. With the adjustable spherical rod ends on the outside of the bars, you can set your suspension to dial in your camber and toe. The QA1, 3 piece Teflon lined spherical rods ends are great for your off-road needs. With a name like QA1 that is synonymous with off-road racing, you can count on their quality and longevity. Each high clearance arm kit is powder coated in popular colors to go with your Polaris RZR theme. Based on your year selection, these can be used with the 2014-2016 or 2017+ Polaris RZR models.
Features:
- Heavy duty 1018 steel constructions
- Inside fixed bearing to prevent rotation
- Powder coated in popular colors
- High quality QA1 spherical rod ends
- Thick rear support brace
Notes:
- Colors are powder coated, not paint matched to factory color codes.

Being able to dial in your Polaris RZR camber and toe settings will be a huge help in how your vehicle handles. Even more important is to have a strong enough component that can handle the abuse the RZR takes when flying through sand whoops or jumping at the course. The factory rear control arms that come on the 2014 — 2016 Polaris RZR are very thin and feature a 10mm through bolt to the rear frame. These can easily bend from small rock hits on the trail or hard landings in the dunes. The 2017 was beefed up a little and has larger 12mm through bolts. However neither of these offer adjustability.
The new Agency Power rear radius arms are a fully adjustable solution designed to take a beating. They are machined from solid 6061 aluminum on our CNC lathes here in Arizona, USA. The ends of the control arms are tapped to accommodate the QA1, 3 piece Teflon lined spherical rods ends. With a name like QA1 that is synonymous with off-road racing, you can count on their quality and longevity. The ¾ inch spherical rod ends have opposing threads and are locked in place with a stainless steel jam nut. Each rod ends through hole is 5/8 inch diameter with steel spacers machined to spec for a secure fit to the rear frame brace or wheel carrier. Each upper and lower radius rod features a machined flat so you can easily adjust on the fly using a proper tools.
The radius arm kit includes a new 3/16 inch thick rear frame brace that has been precision water jetted out of 1018 steel which will not flex or bend under the hardest conditions. The brace features the Agency Power logo and will retain the factory tow hook function. Each radius rod kit is powder coated in popular colors to go with your Polaris RZR theme. Based on your year selection, these can be used with the 2014-2016 or 2017 Polaris RZR models.

- 2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000 models have two different types of hardware connecting the rear factory radius bars, 10mm or 12mm bolts. To determine what size of hardware you have, you figure out which socket is used to remove the center bolt holding the radius to the frame. For 10mm hardware, you will use a 15mm socket and for 12mm hardware, you will use a 18mm socket.
Upgrading the motor mounts on your Polaris RZR Turbo and Polaris RZR 1000 is a great way to improve performance and power delivery. The stock motor mounts are a cast piece which has a rubber insert that can move a lot under acceleration and braking. With this movement of the engine under load, you are delaying the power transfer and causing biased weight distribution. The harsh off-road conditions of aggressive driving and jumping can lead to further failures or damage to components. It is also common for rubber bushings to corrode and crack over time. Upgraded motor mounts are designed to limit the amount of movement that the engine and transmission produce in driving conditions. In addition to being a great upgrade over stock, the motor mount kit will give you a stout and responsive feeling under all driving conditions.
The Agency Power 2 piece motor mount kit is made in the USA from billet 6061 aluminum. The parts are CNC machined to feature a sleek design with an OEM fitment. Each mount features a polyurethane bushing with a Shore Durometer of 88 to provide a perfect balance for weekend fun and competition needs. The mounts included machined aluminum spacers to fit with the factory motor mount tube. Each mount has two locating dowel pins for a precision fitment. The mounts have been anodized in our Agency Power smoke gray finish and feature a laser engraved Agency Power text logo on top.
Features:
- 6061 CNC Machined Aluminum
- 88 Shore Durometer, Polyurethane Bushing
- Anodized Smoke Gray Finish
- Reduce Engine Movement

It's no secret the RZR engine is known to get hot. Keep the RZR XP 1000 or XP Turbo engine bay cool with the Agency Power Vented Engine Cover. At full throttle, the engine temperature can exceed 200°F. With the location of the exhaust manifold and turbo pipe, there is an abundance of hot air that is not helping the overall performance of the Polaris engine. The purpose of the vented engine cover is to help alleviate heat soak to the high revving 2 cylinder engine. This engine cover allows for heat to escape through its ventilated design. When driving at speed, air flow moving over the body gets sucked into the engine area which is than extracted out of the vented engine cover.
The 1 piece aluminum part has cut with a precision water jet, featuring the AP logo. Each cover is formed to provide a perfect fit replacing the stock plastic engine cover. Hexagonal stainless steel mesh is then riveted in place for a rugged look. To keep the part functional and allow easy access to your engine for servicing, a quick release push button is built into the cover. This keeps the cover secure in place for normal use while not inconveniencing you with any fixed bolting or hardware to the body. The sturdy design allows you to retain functional use of your RZR bed. Available in a variety of colors to match your unique style, the Agency Power vented engine cover is a great addition to your Polaris RZR XP 1000 or XP Turbo. Each cover is assembled here in Arizona, USA.
