The Honda Talon can be used to race the track, jump through the dunes, or even cruise the trails.  With such diversity of this UTV, some just need to tow!  Since the Honda Talon uses a dual clutch transmission like a car, the potential of blowing belts from towing is not a concern.  So for those that want the convenience of a tow hitch, Agency Power has this amazing new product.  A tow hitch can be used to add a bike rack, connect a small trailer, or whatever purpose you want to use it for.  But what makes the Agency Power tow hitch for the Honda Talon even better is the rigidity it adds to the factory mounting points of the rear radius rods.  The thicker plate reinforces the chassis to prevent unnecessary flex that can occur under hard use.  In addition, the tow hitch also features a gusset style U brace on either side of the tow hitch recepticle that can also be used for strapping down the Honda Talon or other uses.

The Agency Power rear bumper for the Honda Talon is designed to provide vehicle protection you want while keeping a great look to your UTV. The bumper consists of 1.5”x .095” wall steel tubing that has been digitally designed to flow with the Honda Talon rear shape.  Each bumper features laser cut flanges and precision welds to ensure a perfect fit while maintaining quality. The bumper extends out and up providing necessary bracing to help protect you and your machine.  All bumpers are Made in the USA designed specifically for the Honda Talon 1000R or 1000X. When it comes to making more power, heat becomes an issue that can hold you back. Turning up boost pressure or upgrading to a bigger turbo will result in additional heat. This is due to the turbocharger generating more energy which is a direct translation to higher heat levels. To combat this issue, Agency Power has released a turbo/manifold blanket for your Agency Power upgraded turbo on your Polaris RZR XP Turbo!

Containing the heat produced by your turbocharger can pose many benefits. Your turbocharger will increase efficiency by isolating the heat to the hot side. This will keep heat away from the compressor side which results in cooler intake air temperatures (IAT). Reducing the IAT will correspond to extra horsepower. Additionally, having the heat dispersed through the turbo blanket will reduce the overall engine bay temperature up to 60-percent.

The blanket consists of pulverized volcanic lava rock woven into a tight weave that can withstand a whopping 1800°F of direct heat and 2500°F of radiant heat. The inner insulation layer is constructed from extreme conditions calcium magnesium silicate wool. To tie everything together, a fine weave steel mesh conjoins all the materials to provide ultimate heat containment.

The Polaris RZR XP Turbo exhaust system can be one of the best performance modifications you can do. Like most turbocharged vehicles, backpressure is not a requirement. A turbo is at its peak performance with no restrictions right out of the turbo exhaust housing. Where this is common on racecars, normal use can become unbearable. Cruising forest trails or high traveled roads could be deafening loud and not the most PC way to ride. However, you can have the best of both worlds with an Agency Power valvetronic exhaust system.

Agency Power has been manufacturing valvetronic exhausts for vehicles since 2008. A valvetronic exhaust features a remote operated valve that can be opened and closed at the push of a button. This allows you to redirect the exhaust flow which changes the exhaust sound. On most vehicles, when the valve is closed, the exhaust gases are routed through a muffler to give you a more subtle tone. When the valve is open, the exhaust gases typically bypass the muffler system for a straight restriction free path.  The end goal is to give you all the power and performance!

Some exhaust systems feature a valve after the muffler which blocks one of the tip exits to slightly quiet the tone. This may change the sound by a few decibels, but is still very restrictive. The exhaust flow going through the chamber muffler is not giving your turbocharger any additional performance between the modes. To really get the most performance and sound, you want to put the valve before the muffler.  This design drastically changes the sound of your RZR XP Turbo. With the valve open, the straight exit exhaust will build boost faster giving you the jump on your competition. The turbo spool is noticeably faster allowing you to gain peak performance sooner.

The Agency Power valvetronic exhaust for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is made here in Arizona, USA.  It is constructed of T304 stainless steel that has been hand TIG welded using proven JIGs and vehicle testing. The exhaust mounts directly to the turbo pipe with a thick 3 bolt flange. A beautiful merge splits between the chambered Magnaflow muffler and the exhaust valve. The muffler was spec’d to provide a sporty tone when the valve is closed. Exiting each side of the muffler is a straight cut 2.50 inch turn down exhaust tip with holes to install a spark arrestor. With 2 tips, you can reuse your existing spark arrestor and optionally purchase 1 or 2 from us as needed. The included remote components operate the butterfly valve via a vacuum solenoid. The solenoid is tapped into a vacuum source on the RZR XP Turbo engine which opens and closes the valve with the remote key fob. The key fob sends the signal to a remote box which controls the solenoid. The remote box is sealed however it is recommended to be installed in an area not prone to water.

Each system includes a new Agency Power exhaust shield. The exhaust shield is precision water jetted out of stainless steel feature the AP logo and a unique design element. The heat shield is designed specifically for this exhaust system. The exhaust mounts to factory hanger and bracket positions. This system is a complete bolt-on installation and does not require any cutting, welding, or other exhaust modification. The exhaust features a bung for the factory O2 sensor. Additional O2 bungs can be welded on for those running aftermarket AFR gauges.

The Polaris RZR Turbo needs an exhaust system to help the turbocharger flow freely and improve performance. Agency Power has created the best exhaust system that is a simple plug and play for the RZR XP Turbo platform. The twin tip, side exit exhaust was designed to balance exhaust flow without causing obnoxious noise over the factory unit. The system is built from T304 stainless steel and features precision TIG welds. The dual high flow resonators are secured in place with a laser cut cradle that features the AP logo. The type of resonators used can be seen in many of the Agency Power high performance vehicle exhausts, which on turbo cars, produce a beautiful sound. Designed as a direct replacement, the Agency Power exhaust uses the factory hanger locations and bolts up to the stock turbo pipe without modifications. The exhaust features a thick flange and includes a new gasket with hardware. Each tip outlet has been designed to work with spark arrestors that can be optionally purchased. The final product is completely polished for a show finish giving the rear end of the RZR Turbo a sexy look with a satisfying sound. As tested on our Mustang Dyno, the exhaust gained about 5-6 peak horsepower over stock.  Even more important testing was proven when XTC Power Sports ran this exhaust system on their 2017 competition vehicle during the grueling 500+ mile Vegas to Reno race.  The exhaust is a great addition to any RZR XP Turbo along with our other Agency Power Polaris accessories.Features:
