These are manufactured here at SbSO from steel tubing and then powdercoated to your color liking. We keep most colors on hand, although some may take up to 10 days, pending powdercoating.
Left and right half lower door preassembled. Steel construction that makes the door very rigid on the original half door. Trim of rubber preassembled which prevents ground and water to enter in the cabin. The design comes with lines that follow the form of the original door. Requires no drilling for installation. Slammer Kit included to improve OEM door function. Matte black color.
High performance turbo systems require a BOV when running higher than stock boost pressures. The reason is turbochargers continue to force air into the charge tubes and intercooler even after you lift off the pedal (which closes the throttle). Pumping air against a closed throttle super heats the air in the charge tubes and is damaging to the turbocharger bearing system. Installing a BOV allows this pressure to be released upon the closing of the throttle which increases throttle response in on/off/on throttle conditions by venting the the hot compressed air.
