This Ice Crusher Under Dash Compact Heater kit has two 360 adjustable front louvers to direct the heat were you need it and an optional 3” vent defrost kit is available to keep your windshield clear. The heater features a three speed fan and temperature adjustment is located right on the 14,600 BTU* heater unit. The heater mounts under the center of the dash which leaves plenty of room for your feet. Kits are supplied with our custom CNC made alloy Y connectors which connect directly to the engines cooling system. Comes with templates, mounting brackets, hoses, custom CNC made Y fittings, built in shut off valve, clamps, hardware, wiring, hole saw, instructions, and more. Use our MaxStat option for better performance, faster and more heat from your heater.
2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000 models have two different types of hardware connecting the rear factory radius bars: 10mm or 12mm bolts. Before purchasing your pull plate for your 2017 Polaris RZR XP, you need to determine if you have 10mm or 12mm hardware. To figure this out we need to derermine the bolt head size by using either a 15mm socket for 10mm shank bolts, or an 18mm socket for 12mm shank bolts. If you determine you have a 10mm shank bolt please order a 2016 Pull Plate instead, and this will ensure we deliver the correct plate.

This kit comes with a compact yet powerful heater with a three speed fan which will deliver heat from the 14,600 BTU* Compact Heater Unit. Adjustable louvers direct the heat were you need it- two 2" vents mount on the dash top to defrost the windshield, two 3” vents mount in the center dash panel and two lower 2” vents mount in left and the right of the lower dash area. A unique feature of our kit is that the heater intake comes from inside the cab where the air is cleaner and warmer. Warmer air means more available heat for you inside the cab. Kits are supplied with our custom CNC made alloy Y connectors that connect directly to the engines cooling system for fast heat (not required but we recommend the use of the MaxStat). Kits also include custom CNC laser cut mounting brackets, heater hoses and duct hoses, hose clamps, new and improved vents, hole saws (for the heater hoses and vents), grommets, Switch, wiring loom and terminals included, templates, your specific mounting bracket with hardware, and instructions.
