It's no secret the RZR engine is known to get hot. Keep the RZR XP 1000 or XP Turbo engine bay cool with the Agency Power Vented Engine Cover. With the location of the exhaust manifold and turbo pipe, there is an abundance of hot air that is not helping the overall performance of the Polaris engine. The Agency Power High Flow Air Intake System for the Polaris RZR RS1 is a great upgrade to help improve air flow from the intake to the engine. The Agency Power cold air intake has been engineered from the ground up to be a direct replacement for the factory Polaris RZR RS1 intake. Starting from 3D printed components and real world desert testing, each part of the intake has been meticulously thought out to provide performance, longevity, and reliability. The custom high flow Agency Power air filter features a blue mesh design with AP logo end cap. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled as its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces which result in more contaminants being captured. This filter is reusable allowing you to easily clean it between rides. To further provide the best air quality for off-road use, Agency Power has created an optional custom Outerwear brand pre-filter covers made specifically for the intake filters to be purchased separately.

Upgrade your Can-Am X3 with 154hp to the 2018+ Can-Am X3 with 172hp using this new fan upgrade from Agency Power. The horsepower upgrade requires a 2018+ Can-Am X3 fuel pump, ECU tune, and this fan. If you are researching this part, you will see you can only buy the intercooler with the fan from the dealer. That is a $675+ part! The OEM manufacture of the fan is by SPAL of Italy. These were directly made for Can-Am to handle the increase in horsepower by using a more powerful electric motor and different fan blade design. This increases the CFM which helps keep the charge temperatures down and the power up! This is an absolutely MUST have for any 2017 Can-Am X3 owner. Upgrading the intake and exhaust camshafts on your Can-Am X3 Turbo is a easy way to add 10hp and 30ft/lbs of torque as dyno tested. The pair of camshafts are a direct drop-in for the 3 cylinder turbo engine. There are no separate parts required or tuning to take advantage of these gains. The profile of these camshafts were spec'd to provide the best performance necessary with most commonly tuned X3 vehicles. We recommend our ECU flash to take advantage of the most power your X3 has to offer. Our demonstration vehicle was a 2017 X3 RS converted to 2018 power specs which featured our 195HP tune with an Agency Power exhaust and cold air intake. With a baseline of 148hp and 149ft/lbs of torque, we installed the camshafts and then re-ran the vehicle. Without any other variables, the vehicle than made 160 rear wheel horsepower and 181 ft/lbs of torque. With 110F temperatures and 91 octane fuel this car still represents a very impressive 210bhp on our Mustang Dyno. The Mustang Dyno typically shows a 25-30% drivetrain loss with the CVT transmission. These camshafts are sold as a pair for the intake and exhaust cam replacement.

Upgrading the doors on the Can-Am Maverick X3 Max is one of the first mods most people do. This is to prevent debris from hitting you below the half doors that come from the factory. While there are many aluminum door products out there, Agency Power has designed the ultimate door upgrade available! The new Agency Power carbon fiber doors for the Can-Am Maverick X3 are available to fit the rear door of any X3 Max.
These rear doors are a full 1 piece carbon fiber construction designed to fit with the stock upper door metal frames. The doors also use the factory latch mechanism so you can easily open and close the door. The interior of the doors are a black gel coat finish. With the addition of a door bag or pad, the inside of the cockpit is extremely functional like stock. The doors are designed to be lightweight and sturdy to take abuse. The exterior of the doors are a 2x2 carbon fiber weave with a high gloss clear coat finish. Complete the great look by adding the Agency Power matching carbon fiber front doors.
For those wanting to avoid scratches or rock chips, Agency Power recommends having the doors covered in clear bra similar to a car’s front bumper. The console is a 2x2 carbon weave with a high gloss clear coat finish. As an OEM replacement, it fits in place with the factory push clips and bolts. Moving the seat forward just to have little access to the battery isn't practical when out on a trail or in the dunes. The Agency Power big brake kit for your Can-Am X3 is one of the greatest upgrades you can do for your machine. Agency Power solves this problem with the knockback correction kit which consists of a spring to lightly push the piston against the brake pads.
Brake knockback is when the piston retracts into the caliper, due to vibration, and leaves a small space between the piston and brake pad. The issue with this is owners don't have an immediate brake feel when depressing the brake pedal. Some will have to pump the pedal once or twice before getting full braking pressure. This brake system was designed specifically for the Can-Am Maverick X3. With our nearly yearlong testing of different braking concepts and products on the market, we found it absolutely necessary to do a 4 wheel brake kit. With the engine in the rear and how off-road suspension works, typical automotive designs will not produce the improved braking performance the X3 needs. Our calipers are a 2 piece construction that has built in “ears” to mount to the wheel carrier. Removing the need for additional brackets and spacers like other companies may use, gives the Agency Power caliper an extremely rigid advantage. Each caliper half is assembled using 4 10mm cross bolts for maximum stiffness. Other products on the market only use 3/8 inch hardware which is not adequate. This rigidity eliminates caliper flex from hard pedal pressure or the potential of pad knock back. In any motorsport, opposing piston caliper, pad "knock back" can occur from street cars to off-road use. The only way to eliminate this is with a floating caliper design like OEM. However you lose the performance of what a big brake kit can offer.
Internally, the caliper is well designed with custom machined piston sizing that provide an overall surface area comparable to many 6 piston vehicle brakes. Studying the way the vehicle would move under braking allowed us to come up with the proper piston bore for the front and rear calipers. Giving the Can-Am X3 a perfect squat under hard braking allows you to control your vehicle better compared to an unbalanced nose dive. The Agency Power kit has been designed to use the stock master cylinder, stock brake lines, and still provide a much better pedal feel! Another added value of the caliper is the hard anodized aluminum pistons. These are extremely lightweight allowing them to move with ease to help with the clamping force on the rotor. Using both dust and weather seals, the brakes will not have issues from the harsh off-road elements compared to other products that only use pressure seals. With a simple single side bleeder screw, bleeding the brakes does not require you to go from inside to outside on the caliper which saves time. Finally the caliper has an internal cross over to allow brake fluid to go to each side of the caliper and equally put pressure to the pistons. This gives the caliper a clean look and also eliminates the worry about breaking off external cross over pipes found on other systems.
Brake pads for the 4 wheel kit were chosen to provide the optimal performance for the majority of users. With the focus on balance, getting the right friction for the front and rear was important for this setup. The front caliper uses a Hawk HP+ N-Compound while the rear uses a DR1-C ceramic brake pad. Once bed-in properly, the brakes will provide amazing performance without excess squeaking noise. The brake pads are a common shape which allows for ease to access replacement pads. An extremely important part of the big brake kit is the rotors. We utilize a 2 piece cast iron brake rotor just like you would see on high performance car brakes. Cast iron dissipates heat much better than steel like the factory style. Steel will hotspot and throw heat back into the caliper making fluid boil and cause pedal inconsistencies. Cast iron also has a higher coefficient of friction compared to the single thin stamped steel rotor. Each rotor is vented, slotted, and cross drilled. Because the rotors are also directional, while the rotor is spinning, it acts like a pump to cool the brake down. With the rotors larger diameter, this increases torque and leverage of the brake. Since brakes are essentially a heat sink, the better and more accurately we can dissipate heat, the better the brake will perform.
The Agency Power Big Brake Kit is sold as a 4 wheel brake system only. It is designed to be used on 15 inch wheels. We have tested the fitment of the brakes with common wheels such as Method Race Wheels in both a 0mm and 13mm offset as well as Fuel Wheels 38mm offset.
