One issue with riding in the dunes is the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires all riders to have safety flags attached to their machine at all times. This means that owners have to attach a whip that extends the flag 8-feet above the ground. The Agency Power universal whip is 5 feet which is within regulation. Most whip options are thin and break constantly which forces owners to repair or purchase new whips. From the factory the Textron Wildcat XX is a very capable off-road vehicle. As with most vehicles from the factory, there is always more performance that can be had by swapping out a restrictive stock exhaust. The new Agency Power exhaust and header system is designed and engineered as a complete unit to let the high performance three-cylinder engine breathe freely. The bellow flex tube header adds flow and power while the race-ready muffler gives a unique sound. The unique titanium burnt and polished exhaust tip adds style over all other standard Wildcat XX exhausts. This package is a perfect addition for any owner looking for style, high performance and sound.
The Agency Power Header for the Wildcat XX is made from T304 stainless steel mandrel bent tubes that have been precision TIG welded. The header has a flange made to bolt to the factory heads, a bung to re-install the factory O2 sensor along with a new V-band clamp to connect to the Agency Power exhaust muffler. The pipe diameters off the heads are quickly increased to 1 7/8” and then unite at a larger more robust collector. The use of a bellow flex tube after the collector allows for better flow and flexibility during acceleration and keeps the system from developing cracks over exceptionally rough terrain.
Designed to work exclusively with the AP header, the Agency Power muffler uses the factory exhaust mount locations to install for a direct bolt-on fit. The performance resonator muffler outlet has been designed with integrated spark arrestors into the exhaust tip. The polished and titanium exhaust tip gives a show finish to the rear end of the Wildcat XX. The machine now has an aggressive look with a satisfying sound.
The Agency Power header and exhaust also saves weight. The factory system tops out at 27lbs while the AP header and exhaust combo only weighs 21lbs. With this six pound savings, the sprung weight of the vehicle is reduced, making the job of the suspension easier.
In order to be sure of horsepower gain, the Textron Wildcat XX was run back to back on the dyno to keep all the variables the same except for the header and exhaust. On a UTV with a stock tune, the header and exhaust made a bolt-on gain of five horsepower. While this isn’t breaking any records, netting an additional five horsepower is tough to do on any modern UTV with a simple bolt-on exhaust and no modifications or tune. Overall, the header and exhaust is a great product to add as your first upgrade or during your build to improve power. A cold air intake kit on the Textron Wildcat XX can greatly improve the performance of your vehicle. It is a pretty common practice that a vehicles first modification includes intake, exhaust, and ECU tune. Modifying the Textron with a cold air intake will flow more air than the factory intake by design. This is due to the newly enhanced intake from Agency Power that features a high flow air filter to provide more CFM when the Wildcat needs it most. The factory air box is designed to accommodate the stock power and the everyday Textron driver. Unlike the stock air box or those other flow tubes that just cut the stock air box open, a complete cold air intake is the proper way to gain power without restriction. An intake needs to breathe while filtering out particulates. By removing the Donaldson air box, you are gaining better air flow and dyno proven power even without an ECU flash.
The Agency Power cold air intake has been engineered to be a direct replacement for the factory Textron Wildcat XX intake. Each part of the intake has been meticulously thought out to provide performance, longevity, and reliability. Starting from the top, the custom high flow Agency Power filter features a blue mesh design with AP logo end cap. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled as its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces which result in more contaminants being captured. This filter is reusable allowing you to easily clean it between rides. To further provide the best air quality for off-road use, Agency Power has created an optional custom Outerwear brand pre-filter covers made specifically for the intake filter to be purchased separately.
After eliminating the heavy and bulky Donaldson filter and air box, the Agency Power intake features an aluminum intake tube that replaces the factory rubber tube. Each aluminum part is powder coated in a matte black for a clean and stylish finish. AP silicone coupler and clamps are included to make the kit an easy bolt-on.
To show the performance of the Agency Power intake, we tested a Textron Wildcat XX back to back keeping all the variables the same except for the intake. On a UTV with a stock tune, the intake made a bolt-on 5 horsepower. Making a simple 5 horsepower is tough to do on any of these UTV’s with bolt-on parts outside of the exhaust and ECU tune. This is because of the much improved air flow over the stock box. Overall, the intake is a great product to add as your first upgrade or during your build to improve power. When it comes to making more power, heat becomes an issue that can hold you back. Turning up boost pressure or upgrading to a bigger turbo will result in additional heat. This is due to the turbocharger generating more energy which is a direct translation to higher heat levels. To combat this issue, Agency Power has released a turbo/manifold blanket for your Agency Power upgraded turbo on your Polaris RZR XP Turbo!
Containing the heat produced by your turbocharger can pose many benefits. Your turbocharger will increase efficiency by isolating the heat to the hot side. This will keep heat away from the compressor side which results in cooler intake air temperatures (IAT). Reducing the IAT will correspond to extra horsepower. Additionally, having the heat dispersed through the turbo blanket will reduce the overall engine bay temperature up to 60-percent.
The blanket consists of pulverized volcanic lava rock woven into a tight weave that can withstand a whopping 1800°F of direct heat and 2500°F of radiant heat. The inner insulation layer is constructed from extreme conditions calcium magnesium silicate wool. To tie everything together, a fine weave steel mesh conjoins all the materials to provide ultimate heat containment.

The Polaris RZR XP Turbo exhaust system can be one of the best performance modifications you can do. Like most turbocharged vehicles, backpressure is not a requirement. A turbo is at its peak performance with no restrictions right out of the turbo exhaust housing. Where this is common on racecars, normal use can become unbearable. Cruising forest trails or high traveled roads could be deafening loud and not the most PC way to ride. However, you can have the best of both worlds with an Agency Power valvetronic exhaust system.
Agency Power has been manufacturing valvetronic exhausts for vehicles since 2008. A valvetronic exhaust features a remote operated valve that can be opened and closed at the push of a button. This allows you to redirect the exhaust flow which changes the exhaust sound. On most vehicles, when the valve is closed, the exhaust gases are routed through a muffler to give you a more subtle tone. When the valve is open, the exhaust gases typically bypass the muffler system for a straight restriction free path. The end goal is to give you all the power and performance!
Some exhaust systems feature a valve after the muffler which blocks one of the tip exits to slightly quiet the tone. This may change the sound by a few decibels, but is still very restrictive. The exhaust flow going through the chamber muffler is not giving your turbocharger any additional performance between the modes. To really get the most performance and sound, you want to put the valve before the muffler. This design drastically changes the sound of your RZR XP Turbo. With the valve open, the straight exit exhaust will build boost faster giving you the jump on your competition. The turbo spool is noticeably faster allowing you to gain peak performance sooner.
The Agency Power valvetronic exhaust for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is made here in Arizona, USA. It is constructed of T304 stainless steel that has been hand TIG welded using proven JIGs and vehicle testing. The exhaust mounts directly to the turbo pipe with a thick 3 bolt flange. A beautiful merge splits between the chambered Magnaflow muffler and the exhaust valve. The muffler was spec’d to provide a sporty tone when the valve is closed. Exiting each side of the muffler is a straight cut 2.50 inch turn down exhaust tip with holes to install a spark arrestor. With 2 tips, you can reuse your existing spark arrestor and optionally purchase 1 or 2 from us as needed. The included remote components operate the butterfly valve via a vacuum solenoid. The solenoid is tapped into a vacuum source on the RZR XP Turbo engine which opens and closes the valve with the remote key fob. The key fob sends the signal to a remote box which controls the solenoid. The remote box is sealed however it is recommended to be installed in an area not prone to water.
Each system includes a new Agency Power exhaust shield. The exhaust shield is precision water jetted out of stainless steel feature the AP logo and a unique design element. The heat shield is designed specifically for this exhaust system. The exhaust mounts to factory hanger and bracket positions. This system is a complete bolt-on installation and does not require any cutting, welding, or other exhaust modification. The exhaust features a bung for the factory O2 sensor. Additional O2 bungs can be welded on for those running aftermarket AFR gauges.

The Polaris RZR Turbo needs an exhaust system to help the turbocharger flow freely and improve performance. Agency Power has created the best exhaust system that is a simple plug and play for the RZR XP Turbo platform. The twin tip, side exit exhaust was designed to balance exhaust flow without causing obnoxious noise over the factory unit. The system is built from T304 stainless steel and features precision TIG welds. The dual high flow resonators are secured in place with a laser cut cradle that features the AP logo. The type of resonators used can be seen in many of the Agency Power high performance vehicle exhausts, which on turbo cars, produce a beautiful sound. Designed as a direct replacement, the Agency Power exhaust uses the factory hanger locations and bolts up to the stock turbo pipe without modifications. The exhaust features a thick flange and includes a new gasket with hardware. Each tip outlet has been designed to work with spark arrestors that can be optionally purchased. The final product is completely polished for a show finish giving the rear end of the RZR Turbo a sexy look with a satisfying sound. As tested on our Mustang Dyno, the exhaust gained about 5-6 peak horsepower over stock. Even more important testing was proven when XTC Power Sports ran this exhaust system on their 2017 competition vehicle during the grueling 500+ mile Vegas to Reno race. Adding a vent to atmosphere Blow Off Valve on the Polaris RZR turbo system is a great way to improve throttle response and hear that awesome blow off valve turbo sound. With an ECU tune and higher boost levels, the Polaris RZR can gain 10-15% more power over stock. However the stock plastic diverter valve is ill equipped to handle this increase. One option is to replace this valve with an aftermarket diverter valve like Agency Power also offers. But for those that want to hear the whoooosh sound, there is this adjustable vent to atmosphere blow off valve! The purpose of a BOV is not just to sound cool, but it is designed to release the pressure that is built up in the charge side of the system. The factory diverter valve system dumps this pressure back down into the intake pipe. This can cause turbulence to the impeller, slowing the spool of the turbo down and causing premature wear.
The Agency Power blow off valve for the Polaris RZR can be used in conjunction with the stock turbo inlet pipe or any aftermarket turbo hose pipe that has a 1 inch BOV flange. Since the factory valve is a diverter valve and this new valve is designed to be 100% vent to atmosphere, we include a high-temp push on plug cover for the eliminated return hose. Each Agency Power valve is machined from 6061 billet aluminum then anodized in a stealth black finish. The top is laser engraved with the Agency Power cursive logo and directions for adjusting. When the top of the valve rotates, this allows you to adjust the spring tension for your application. You can set the valve to easily vent off pressure or be stiffer to only vent at maximum PSI.
