Force Turbo's Polaris RZR XP Turbo 1000 Aluminum Charge Tube, made from 2.5" aluminum, flows more air with a cooler intake air temperature (IAT) compared to stock. It includes a custom designed Turbosmart blow off valve to avoid strain on the turbo when on and off the throttle.
This tube upgrade also gives you better throttle response and increased performance, because the turbo will continue freewheeling after the throttle is let off, giving you a faster spool up and less wear and tear of the turbo system.

Installation:
Force Turbos Can-Am Maverick X3 charge tube upgrade comes complete with instructions and live technical support for proper installation. To maximize the effectiveness of your adapters we highly recommend installation by a certified Force Turbos dealer (sucs as Side by Side Outlet) or performance shop. However, it is not uncommon for a DIY enthusiast with good mechanical skills, knowledge, and tools to perform the installation with great success.

“The Clamp” was developed as a collaborative project between Evolution Powersports and CA Technologies to prevent the OEM intake plenum from blowing apart and ending your trip. There have been many cases of OEM plenums failing on stock engines and modified engines producing even modest boost pressures. We have had countless failures on our in-house X3’s over the years and knew there had to be a way to solve this. EVP is excited to share a solution to this common issue. The Clamp is a lightweight but durable brace that “clamps” around the OEM intake plenum, preventing the premature failure of the plenum by reinforcing its weak points.

Our Pull plate is machined from a solid piece of aircraft grade 6061 T-6 1.5"x 8" Aluminum bar stock. We then machine both pieces, send them out for anodize and then round all of our corners to give it a look that really pops and will wow anyone.
The anodize used is not your typical decorative anodize but yet it is a ceramic based hard coat anodize that not only lasts longer but can be up to two times stronger than standard anodize. This ensures that your plate will be protected from abrasions and corrosion for a long time to come.
Our plate is accompanied by stainless hardware mounting the hook to the plate and as our plate has a full lifetime warranty against any workmanship and defects and is produced right here in the U.S.

Our pull plate is designed in such a way that within a matter of seconds you will easily and effortlessly change between different attachments of your choosing. Currently those attachments consist of 3 major components
- The Tow Hook, for tow straps, chains or winch cables.
- The Tow Loop for small cables, synthetic ropes, or very large clevis'.
- And last but nor least the standard two inch receiver.
The OEM mount can and does break in the center due to thin and cheap material. Also due to tolerance issues there can be play in between the bushing and mount causing excess movement which leads to wear. We have worked to achieve a better tolerance fit around the bushing as well as we machine the holes to accommodate a tighter fit on the mounting bolt to reduce movement there as well.
2017 Polaris RZR XP 1000 models have two different types of hardware connecting the rear factory radius bars: 10mm or 12mm bolts. Before purchasing your pull plate for your 2017 Polaris RZR XP, you need to determine if you have 10mm or 12mm hardware. To figure this out we need to derermine the bolt head size by using either a 15mm socket for 10mm shank bolts, or an 18mm socket for 12mm shank bolts. If you determine you have a 10mm shank bolt please order a 2016 Pull Plate instead, and this will ensure we deliver the correct plate.

Our control arms are laser cut from 4130 chromoly then CNC broke for extremely high quality and accuracy. We've meticulously designed our control arms to be a problem solving bullet proof solution for your X3. Our arms solve all the common and weak points that typically cause failures on OEM arms.
Our arms come with bushings installed, but not ball joints.

Frame Gusset Plate
The gusset plate is a necessary solution in many cases. The gusset plate helps to make X3 more rigid by reducing deflection in the front end of the machine, as well as adding a little bit of beef to the front of the machine.
When using the X3 to its potential there is a very high risk of causing extra deflection in the front end letting the upper shock mount area and the lower frame where the control arms connect move undesirably from the shock load. Tie your frame together with this gusset and our upper shock tower brace making it best way to protect that precious radiator fan from permanent and expensive damage.
You must use this with either our limit strap system or with our aluminum shock tower brace to be effective. This gusset plate will not attach to your factory pieces.
Made from 3/16 mild sheet steel, tig welded and includes a grommet for hoses to pass through without damage.

The X3 Front Gusset Kit is a must for hard riders who want to keep their pride and joy machines in perfect working order. The X3 has what many people call a (floating front end). The front of the machine ahead of the A-Arms is only supported by the radiator. Tired of having difficulties getting Differential Fluid into your X3 after draining? Don't want to waste all that expensive fluid you just bought. Here is the solution.
We have designed a simple, affordable, and effective tool for managing those difficult time losses.
Simply use the aluminum adapter, thread it into the fluid fill plug where the stock X3 plug is, attach the supplied hose, run to an easy to accessible location and use your favorite funnel in the hose to fill your X3 with fluid. When your done just detach the hose from the adapter, unthread it, and reinstall the plug. It's really that easy.

The first & only Polaris RZR Fuel Door
This product keeps most mud, dirt, & debris from collecting in the fuel filler pocket in the Polaris RZR rocker panel. It is also lockable! Most 2014/15+ RZR's use the same rocker panel, so this product is very universal.
All hardware is included, and is stainless. Install directions & templates are also included. Door is made of HDPE plastic material (no rust, lightweight, no chipping paint, similar texture to factory body side). Comes with two keys.
Requires drilling (4) holes in your body panel. 2 for the hinge mount, & 2 for the latch catch.
***Note: This product will not work with certain rock sliders / nerf bars which follow along the fuel door opening. There needs to be room for the door to swing open.
