When it comes to hardcore off-road racing, theres nothing like the thrill of bombing into a corner and accelerating past the apex. One thing many owners don't realize is the flex of their radius rods while in a corner. These forces put strain on the radius rods and translate to suspension while also misaligning the wheels. With a varying wheel alignment, the machine will handle much different due to the radius rods flexing.

Getting your Can-Am X3 suspension dialed in to handle the track, the dunes, or the bumps is a unique art that requires the right kind of products. Agency Power has been engineering and manufacturing suspension components since 2004 for a wide variety of vehicles. These rear adjustable sway bar links for the Can-Am Maverick X3 are a perfect addition to improve your vehicles handling. Manufactured from 6061 aluminum, each piece is CNC machined to feature an adjustable flat for on the fly changes. They are powder coated in a variety of colors and finished off with an AP logo that has been laser etched. The end links feature super durable QA1 spherical rod ends. These are a 3 piece design with Teflon lining to take the abuse that comes with off-road driving. Each spherical rod end includes CNC machined, steel spacers to allow for a secure and precision fit to the factory sway bar and trailing arm. Securing the rod ends from coming loose is a stainless steel jam nut. These sway bar links are sold as a pair as required for the rear of your vehicle. The Agency Power valvetronic dump race pipe is the first of its kind for the UTV industry. Taken from our proven designs on turbocharged vehicles like the Porsche 911 Turbo, the dump race pipe is the perfect way to increase performance, sound, and maintain a stock appearance. This new race pipe removes the factory catalytic converter from the exhaust system that goes between the turbocharger and the exhaust muffler. By eliminating this catalytic converter, the exhaust flow is greatly increased allowing the turbocharger to have a very efficient output over the stock pipe. A slight audible change is present compared to a full stock exhaust system. The sound is very tolerable when cruising forest trails, private property, or other sound conscious areas when necessary.
However, with the push of a button, this part gives you a true "Mild to Wild" change in sound and performance. The vacuum operated valve opens up diverting your exhaust flow straight out of the turbocharger. This gives an incredible race sound where you can hear your turbo spool up under load while reducing any backpressure from the stock exhaust system. When opened, everyone will see and hear you coming! This pipe has been designed as an OEM replacement which will work with other aftermarket mufflers as well. The kit includes everything necessary for the installation including the plug and play light up switch, vacuum hose, solenoid, check valve, and other necessary hardware.
Each pipe is manufactured with T304 stainless steel piping that has been precision TIG welded in proven fixtures. The turbo connection flange has been CNC machined out of stainless steel and designed to reuse the factory band clamp. A flexible bellow is used to prevent cracking from the engine movement to the rigid exhaust mounts. The connection from the dump pipe to the muffler retains the spring clamp flange design to incorporate the stock springs. Each pipe also has an O2 bung welded on for the factory oxygen sensor. All pipes feature AP logo brackets and nameplate.

Agency Power’s Intercooler Duct Cover for the Can-Am Maverick X3 is a product that all X3 owners will want to be equipped with! This simple design change can greatly benefit your UTV’s performance and efficiency. By design, intercoolers work by taking the air flow from the outside to cool the hot air inside the intercooler parts. Getting more air flow to the intercooler helps with this process. This is why you will see automotive and off-road aftermarket users trimming up bumpers or grills to improve air flow. In the Can-Am X3 intercooled models, the air is directed to the intercooler with a cover that features ducts/scoops right behind the rear seats. These inlets on this cover feed the top side of the intercooler the fresh air it needs. Using the same location and improving the size of scoops Agency Power has created an OEM replacement product that is stylish and a great way to increase air flow to the intercooler.
The Agency Power upgraded intercooler duct cover increases the center scoop from 1.5 inches to 4 inches tall and each side scoop from 1.5 inches to 2 inches with all keeping a 4 inch width. The intercooler duct cover increases the inlet air flow by over 40% from 32 cu in to 46 cu in. Made from a durable ABS plastic similar to the stock unit, it features a smooth black finish. The intercooler duct covers feature the AP logo and are designed to fit over the stock intercooler or the Agency Power intercooler. For those that want to customize further, the cover can be easily primed and painted by your local paint shop. Each kit comes with everything needed to snap into place. Upgrading the intercooler or adding an intercooler to the Can-Am X3 120HP and 154HP models is one of the best upgrades and necessary to get the most power from the vehicle. For those that have the 154HP version, the only difference is the fan between the 2018+ 172HP version which you can buy an upgraded one and bolt on. For those that have the non-intercooled version, you could buy the upgraded fan and the Agency Power larger intercooler, but there is no way to bolt them together. Unfortunately Can-Am does not sell just the shroud. Now, Agency Power has our Intercooler Fan Shroud to be used with the stock intercooler or the larger Agency Power intercooler to give you a full bolt-on solution.
The Intercooler Fan Shroud is made of aluminum construction with pem nuts and hardware for easy fan installation. Each shroud is finished in a black powder coat for durability. Shroud mounts to factory intercooler or Agency Power Upgraded Intercooler. The Agency Power Intercooler Fan Shroud combined with an upgraded fan kit will allow you to be able to increase cooling to get the most power out of your Can-Am X3 Turbo.

Agency Power has teamed up with Outerwears to design Pre-filters for the Agency Power UTV filter line up. Pre-Filters are designed to enhance the efficiency of any performance or exposed air filter. Agency Power during the design of UTV intakes knew a Pre-Filter was going to be requested by owners. Rather than keep you guessing on what fits Agency Power decided to team up with the best in Outerwears. By giving them our unique filter sizes they were able to design Pre-Filters to fit tight and correctly on the filter. The 6 inch round x 12 inch tall was made to fit the Agency Power Polaris XP Turbo, XP 1000, 900S, 1000S Cold Air Intake Filter as well as the Textron Wildcat XX Intake.
The Pre-filter is constructed using Outwears proprietary polyester mesh with uniform micron openings and treated in an optional hydrophobic water-repellent process. The mesh is UV resistant and filters debris down to .005”. The Pre-Filter is shatter proof in freezing temperatures and resistant to heat up to 450 degrees.
The mesh material is puncture resistant and has an elasticity characteristic which allows the threads to return to the original position if they have been impacted or shifted. The Outerwears manufacturing process incorporates a welded seam for strength and to reduce potential failure points in the material. The top seam utilizes specialized thread and cording to reinforce durability of the top. Pre-filters are designed to deflect the damaging debris, which clogs air filters, compromising peak air-flow and horsepower.
