The Agency Power Cold Air Intake System for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is a great upgrade to help improve air flow from the intake to the turbocharger. The new air intake kit changes out the stock corrugated rubber intake tube and paper mesh filter to the Agency Power durable silicone J-tube and our high flow reusable air filter. This easy upgrade will be a huge benefit to the performance of your Polaris RZR Turbo. The J-tube and filter are direct replacements for factory allowing use of the factory air inlet and box to protect and aid in air flow. By adding the Agency Power Cold Air Intake System, you will notice an increase in horsepower, torque, throttle response, and overall improved drivability on the RZR Turbo.
Each part of the intake has been meticulously thought out to provide performance, longevity, and reliability. Starting from the top, the custom high flow Agency Power filter features a blue mesh design with AP logo end cap. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled as its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces which result in more contaminants being captured compared to the stock paper filter. This filter is reusable allowing you to easily clean it between rides. To further provide the best air quality for off-road use, Agency Power has created an optional custom Outerwear brand pre-filter covers made specifically for the intake filter to be purchased separately.
The Agency Power silicone tube replaces the factory rubberized intake tube. The silicone tube has been designed not only to enhance the performance of your RZR Turbo but also offer an easy installation between the turbocharger and stock air box. Each tube is constructed using 3 ply silicone material with a smooth inside that helps eliminate any turbulence caused by corrugated designs. The silicone intake tube is much stronger and durable than the factory tube allowing it to hold up much better to the harsh elements. As a simple add-on upgrade, there are no modifications that need to be done for installation. Each silicone intake tube includes a MAP sensor port, crankcase breather port, and blow off valve port to work with factory components. The Agency Power silicone J-Tube is available in black, red, or blue, includes all clamps along with needed hardware, and features the AP logo.

The Polaris RZR XP TURBO 2017-2021-2018-2019-2020-2021 side intakes are much larger than the previous generations. This gives a perfect pallet to show off some color! In their stock form, the side intakes are pretty bland and could use some added styling. The purpose of the intake vent and clutch vent is to get proper air flow to each component. To keep their functionality but add style is this set of Agency Power aluminum side vent covers. The kit includes both the inner and outer covers which are specific to the driver and passenger sides. These side covers are precision water jetted with the AP logo designed into the pattern. The aluminum vent cover attaches securely with the provided hardware. The covers are powder coated in popular colors to match other Agency Power parts. Nothing is worse than going to start your Can-Am filled with excitement to go riding only to find out your battery is dead. The battery is in an inconvenient spot for jump-starting your X3 which adds to the burden of a dead battery. Agency Power has a simple remote battery terminal kit to alleviate this issue and allow drivers to jump-start their machines with incredible ease. Not only does the Agency Power remote battery terminal kit permit easy jump starting, but also allows for a battery charger to be hooked up.
Moving the seat forward just to have little access to the battery isn't practical when out on a trail or in the dunes. The Agency Power remote terminal kit provides exceptional quality with 4AWG oxygen free copper wiring. EPDM rubber insulates the wiring for a stable connection that can withstand the elements. Both battery cables are capable of handling 140 amps which makes this kit safe to use with a vehicle jump-starting the X3. 100% solid brass terminals provide easy access for cables to attach while resisting corrosion.

Replacing the battery in your Can-Am Maverick X3 can be a daunting task. Moving the seat forward only gives you so much room to work comfortably and typically requires removing the seat altogether. Removing the plastic tie-down is just as difficult due to the multi-piece design. The factory battery tie-down also limits owners to which battery they choose to run. Owners are typically running higher output stators and batteries to permit the additional power draw from auxiliary accessories.
Agency Power released the stainless steel battery tie down bracket to allow the fitment of upgraded batteries. The 14-gauge stainless steel construction provides additional rigidity when securing the battery. Access to the battery is made easy thanks to the one bolt required for removal. A durable black textured powder coat finish ensures longevity and protection against corrosion. Getting your Can-Am X3 suspension dialed in to handle the track, the dunes, or the bumps is a unique art that requires the right kind of products. Agency Power has been engineering and manufacturing suspension components since 2004 for a wide variety of vehicles. These rear adjustable sway bar links for the Can-Am Maverick X3 are a perfect addition to improve your vehicles handling. Manufactured from 6061 aluminum, each piece is CNC machined to feature an adjustable flat for on the fly changes. They are powder coated in a variety of colors and finished off with an AP logo that has been laser etched. The end links feature super durable QA1 spherical rod ends. These are a 3 piece design with Teflon lining to take the abuse that comes with off-road driving. Each spherical rod end includes CNC machined, steel spacers to allow for a secure and precision fit to the factory sway bar and trailing arm. Securing the rod ends from coming loose is a stainless steel jam nut. These sway bar links are sold as a pair as required for the rear of your vehicle. Agency Power has teamed up with Outerwears to design Pre-filters for the Agency Power UTV filter line up. Pre-Filters are designed to enhance the efficiency of any performance or exposed air filter. Agency Power during the design of UTV intakes knew a Pre-Filter was going to be requested by owners. Rather than keep you guessing on what fits Agency Power decided to team up with the best in Outerwears. By giving them our unique filter sizes they were able to design Pre-Filters to fit tight and correctly on the filter. The 6 inch round x 12 inch tall was made to fit the Agency Power Polaris XP Turbo, XP 1000, 900S, 1000S Cold Air Intake Filter as well as the Textron Wildcat XX Intake.
The Pre-filter is constructed using Outwears proprietary polyester mesh with uniform micron openings and treated in an optional hydrophobic water-repellent process. The mesh is UV resistant and filters debris down to .005”. The Pre-Filter is shatter proof in freezing temperatures and resistant to heat up to 450 degrees.
The mesh material is puncture resistant and has an elasticity characteristic which allows the threads to return to the original position if they have been impacted or shifted. The Outerwears manufacturing process incorporates a welded seam for strength and to reduce potential failure points in the material. The top seam utilizes specialized thread and cording to reinforce durability of the top. Pre-filters are designed to deflect the damaging debris, which clogs air filters, compromising peak air-flow and horsepower.
