    The Polaris RZR XP Turbo exhaust system can be one of the best performance modifications you can do. Like most turbocharged vehicles, backpressure is not a requirement. A turbo is at its peak performance with no restrictions right out of the turbo exhaust housing. Where this is common on racecars, normal use can become unbearable. Cruising forest trails or high traveled roads could be deafening loud and not the most PC way to ride. However, you can have the best of both worlds with an Agency Power valvetronic exhaust system.

    Agency Power has been manufacturing valvetronic exhausts for vehicles since 2008. A valvetronic exhaust features a remote operated valve that can be opened and closed at the push of a button. This allows you to redirect the exhaust flow which changes the exhaust sound. On most vehicles, when the valve is closed, the exhaust gases are routed through a muffler to give you a more subtle tone. When the valve is open, the exhaust gases typically bypass the muffler system for a straight restriction free path.  The end goal is to give you all the power and performance!

    Some exhaust systems feature a valve after the muffler which blocks one of the tip exits to slightly quiet the tone. This may change the sound by a few decibels, but is still very restrictive. The exhaust flow going through the chamber muffler is not giving your turbocharger any additional performance between the modes. To really get the most performance and sound, you want to put the valve before the muffler.  This design drastically changes the sound of your RZR XP Turbo. With the valve open, the straight exit exhaust will build boost faster giving you the jump on your competition. The turbo spool is noticeably faster allowing you to gain peak performance sooner.

    The Agency Power valvetronic exhaust for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo is made here in Arizona, USA.  It is constructed of T304 stainless steel that has been hand TIG welded using proven JIGs and vehicle testing. The exhaust mounts directly to the turbo pipe with a thick 3 bolt flange. A beautiful merge splits between the chambered Magnaflow muffler and the exhaust valve. The muffler was spec’d to provide a sporty tone when the valve is closed. Exiting each side of the muffler is a straight cut 2.50 inch turn down exhaust tip with holes to install a spark arrestor. With 2 tips, you can reuse your existing spark arrestor and optionally purchase 1 or 2 from us as needed. The included remote components operate the butterfly valve via a vacuum solenoid. The solenoid is tapped into a vacuum source on the RZR XP Turbo engine which opens and closes the valve with the remote key fob. The key fob sends the signal to a remote box which controls the solenoid. The remote box is sealed however it is recommended to be installed in an area not prone to water.

    Each system includes a new Agency Power exhaust shield. The exhaust shield is precision water jetted out of stainless steel feature the AP logo and a unique design element. The heat shield is designed specifically for this exhaust system. The exhaust mounts to factory hanger and bracket positions. This system is a complete bolt-on installation and does not require any cutting, welding, or other exhaust modification. The exhaust features a bung for the factory O2 sensor. Additional O2 bungs can be welded on for those running aftermarket AFR gauges.

    The Agency Power valvetronic dump race pipe is the first of its kind for the UTV industry.  Taken from our proven designs on turbocharged vehicles like the Porsche 911 Turbo, the dump race pipe is the perfect way to increase performance, sound, and maintain a stock appearance.  This new race pipe removes the factory catalytic converter from the exhaust system that goes between the turbocharger and the exhaust muffler.  By eliminating this catalytic converter, the exhaust flow is greatly increased allowing the turbocharger to have a very efficient output over the stock pipe.  A slight audible change is present compared to a full stock exhaust system.  The sound is very tolerable when cruising forest trails, private property, or other sound conscious areas when necessary.

    However, with the push of a button, this part gives you a true "Mild to Wild" change in sound and performance.  The vacuum operated valve opens up diverting your exhaust flow straight out of the turbocharger.  This gives an incredible race sound where you can hear your turbo spool up under load while reducing any backpressure from the stock exhaust system.  When opened, everyone will see and hear you coming!  This pipe has been designed as an OEM replacement which will work with other aftermarket mufflers as well.  The kit includes everything necessary for the installation including the plug and play light up switch, vacuum hose, solenoid, check valve, and other necessary hardware.

    Each pipe is manufactured with T304 stainless steel piping that has been precision TIG welded in proven fixtures.  The turbo connection flange has been CNC machined out of stainless steel and designed to reuse the factory band clamp.  A flexible bellow is used to prevent cracking from the engine movement to the rigid exhaust mounts. The connection from the dump pipe to the muffler retains the spring clamp flange design to incorporate the stock springs.  Each pipe also has an O2 bung welded on for the factory oxygen sensor.  All pipes feature AP logo brackets and nameplate.

    The transmission mount on the Polaris RZR XP Turbo and RS1 can cause unnecessary movement during hard acceleration and braking.  Upgrading this mount is a great way to improve performance and power delivery.  The stock mount is a cast piece with a rubber insert that can be improved upon.  With this movement of the engine under load, you are delaying the power transfer and causing biased weight distribution.  The harsh off-road conditions of aggressive driving and jumping can lead to further failures or damage to components.  It is also common for rubber bushings to corrode and crack over time.  The upgraded transmission mount is designed to limit the amount of movement that the transmission produces in driving conditions.  The Agency Power transmission mount is specific for the RZR XP Turbo and RS1 as they have a different design than the XP1000.  Each piece is Made in the USA from billet 6061 aluminum.  The parts are CNC machined to feature a sleek design with an OEM fitment.  Each mount features a polyurethane bushing with a Shore Durometer of 88 to provide a perfect balance for weekend fun and competition needs.  The mounts have been anodized in our Agency Power smoke gray finish and feature a laser engraved Agency Power text logo on top.Features:

    In the world of rear control arms for the Polaris RZR, there are beefier radius rods and high clearance arms.  However, for those wanting the beefiest, strongest, most extreme rear control arm, there is the Agency Power Unbreakable High Clearance Rear Arms for the RZR 1000 | RS1 and RZR Turbo.  Designed for racing, rock smashing, and all around terrorizing of trails, the Agency Power rear arms are something you will never think twice about.  Built from 3/16 inch thick, 1018 steel, each arm is a 2 piece plate design that is stitched together.  On one end is a CNC machined cup to fit a fixed monoball bearing and on the other end is a CNC machine insert to fit the 5/8 inch spherical rod end.  All parts are MIG welded together for one ultra-strong piece.  To ensure proper alignment with the factory hardware, 304 stainless steel spacers are CNC machined and included with the kit.  Each kit also includes an upgraded 3/16 inch rear frame brace that features the AP logo.

    With a fixed monoball design on the inner part of the bars, these will not rotate around like other kits that have adjustable rod ends.  When using adjustable rod ends on high clearance arms, they tend to rotate loosening the heim.  The fixed bearing gives a rigid connection that will never come loose or rotate.  With the adjustable spherical rod ends on the outside of the bars, you can set your suspension to dial in your camber and toe.  The QA1, 3 piece Teflon lined spherical rods ends are great for your off-road needs.     The Honda Talon can be used to race the track, jump through the dunes, or even cruise the trails.  With such diversity of this UTV, some just need to tow!  Since the Honda Talon uses a dual clutch transmission like a car, the potential of blowing belts from towing is not a concern.  So for those that want the convenience of a tow hitch, Agency Power has this amazing new product.  A tow hitch can be used to add a bike rack, connect a small trailer, or whatever purpose you want to use it for.  But what makes the Agency Power tow hitch for the Honda Talon even better is the rigidity it adds to the factory mounting points of the rear radius rods.  The thicker plate reinforces the chassis to prevent unnecessary flex that can occur under hard use.  In addition, the tow hitch also features a gusset style U brace on either side of the tow hitch recepticle that can also be used for strapping down the Honda Talon or other uses.
