The Polaris RZR XP Turbo is one of the most popular SXS vehicles to modify in the UTV market. After you have done all the basic bolt-on modifications such as exhaust, intake, ECU flash, and clutching, the next biggest gain in horsepower is from doing a full turbo upgrade. The factory turbocharger performs well in the 925cc, 2 cylinder engine, however there is much more to gain. An upgraded turbocharger will flow more air, requiring less boost pressure to gain power. Agency Power has developed one of the most versatile passenger grab bars ever made for the Honda Talon. It is designed with comfort and utility in mind. When removed, the grab bar can be used as a lug wrench to take your wheels off on the fly. Since some aftermarket wheels require different lug nuts or use a lug adapter, we have integrated a 17mm and 19mm socket on each side of the handles. Being 20 inches long to adjust in or out for your passenger, the T-handle also provides massive leverage so breaking loose lugs is effortless. With the thru-hole into the bar, you will be able to attach accessories like phone holders, action camera mount, thread on cup holders, and many other options. The functionality of this grab bar doesn't stop there though. On the bottom side is a bottle opener that eliminates the need for a separate keychain. The Honda Talon can be used to race the track, jump through the dunes, or even cruise the trails. With such diversity of this UTV, some just need to tow! Since the Honda Talon uses a dual clutch transmission like a car, the potential of blowing belts from towing is not a concern. So for those that want the convenience of a tow hitch, Agency Power has this amazing new product. A tow hitch can be used to add a bike rack, connect a small trailer, or whatever purpose you want to use it for. But what makes the Agency Power tow hitch for the Honda Talon even better is the rigidity it adds to the factory mounting points of the rear radius rods. The thicker plate reinforces the chassis to prevent unnecessary flex that can occur under hard use. In addition, the tow hitch also features a gusset style U brace on either side of the tow hitch recepticle that can also be used for strapping down the Honda Talon or other uses.

A cold air intake kit on the Textron Wildcat XX can greatly improve the performance of your vehicle. It is a pretty common practice that a vehicles first modification includes intake, exhaust, and ECU tune. Modifying the Textron with a cold air intake will flow more air than the factory intake by design. This is due to the newly enhanced intake from Agency Power that features a high flow air filter to provide more CFM when the Wildcat needs it most. The factory air box is designed to accommodate the stock power and the everyday Textron driver. Unlike the stock air box or those other flow tubes that just cut the stock air box open, a complete cold air intake is the proper way to gain power without restriction. An intake needs to breathe while filtering out particulates. By removing the Donaldson air box, you are gaining better air flow and dyno proven power even without an ECU flash.
The Agency Power cold air intake has been engineered to be a direct replacement for the factory Textron Wildcat XX intake. Each part of the intake has been meticulously thought out to provide performance, longevity, and reliability. Starting from the top, the custom high flow Agency Power filter features a blue mesh design with AP logo end cap. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled as its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces which result in more contaminants being captured. This filter is reusable allowing you to easily clean it between rides. To further provide the best air quality for off-road use, Agency Power has created an optional custom Outerwear brand pre-filter covers made specifically for the intake filter to be purchased separately.
After eliminating the heavy and bulky Donaldson filter and air box, the Agency Power intake features an aluminum intake tube that replaces the factory rubber tube. Each aluminum part is powder coated in a matte black for a clean and stylish finish. AP silicone coupler and clamps are included to make the kit an easy bolt-on.
To show the performance of the Agency Power intake, we tested a Textron Wildcat XX back to back keeping all the variables the same except for the intake. On a UTV with a stock tune, the intake made a bolt-on 5 horsepower. Making a simple 5 horsepower is tough to do on any of these UTV’s with bolt-on parts outside of the exhaust and ECU tune. This is because of the much improved air flow over the stock box. Overall, the intake is a great product to add as your first upgrade or during your build to improve power. From the factory the Textron Wildcat XX is a very capable off-road vehicle. As with most vehicles from the factory, there is always more performance that can be had by swapping out a restrictive stock exhaust. The new Agency Power exhaust and header system is designed and engineered as a complete unit to let the high performance three-cylinder engine breathe freely. The bellow flex tube header adds flow and power while the race-ready muffler gives a unique sound. The unique titanium burnt and polished exhaust tip adds style over all other standard Wildcat XX exhausts. This package is a perfect addition for any owner looking for style, high performance and sound.
The Agency Power Header for the Wildcat XX is made from T304 stainless steel mandrel bent tubes that have been precision TIG welded. The header has a flange made to bolt to the factory heads, a bung to re-install the factory O2 sensor along with a new V-band clamp to connect to the Agency Power exhaust muffler. The pipe diameters off the heads are quickly increased to 1 7/8” and then unite at a larger more robust collector. The use of a bellow flex tube after the collector allows for better flow and flexibility during acceleration and keeps the system from developing cracks over exceptionally rough terrain.
Designed to work exclusively with the AP header, the Agency Power muffler uses the factory exhaust mount locations to install for a direct bolt-on fit. The performance resonator muffler outlet has been designed with integrated spark arrestors into the exhaust tip. The polished and titanium exhaust tip gives a show finish to the rear end of the Wildcat XX. The machine now has an aggressive look with a satisfying sound.
The Agency Power header and exhaust also saves weight. The factory system tops out at 27lbs while the AP header and exhaust combo only weighs 21lbs. With this six pound savings, the sprung weight of the vehicle is reduced, making the job of the suspension easier.
In order to be sure of horsepower gain, the Textron Wildcat XX was run back to back on the dyno to keep all the variables the same except for the header and exhaust. On a UTV with a stock tune, the header and exhaust made a bolt-on gain of five horsepower. While this isn’t breaking any records, netting an additional five horsepower is tough to do on any modern UTV with a simple bolt-on exhaust and no modifications or tune. Overall, the header and exhaust is a great product to add as your first upgrade or during your build to improve power. Going to the dunes with your friends can yield memories that will last a lifetime. While the dunes are incredibly fun, there are a few rules and regulations you have to follow that can hinder your experience and take away from your time spent there. Riding in the dunes is one of the best activities you can do with your UTV. One issue with riding in the dunes is the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires all riders to have safety flags attached to their machine at all times.
