The Agency Power Air Intake System for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is a great upgrade to help improve air flow from the intake to the engine. Changing to the Agency Power durable silicone couplers, powder coated aluminum tube and upgraded high flow reusable air filter, can be a great benefit over stock. The tube with couplers and filter are direct replacements for factory allowing use of the factory air inlet and box to protect and aid in air flow. The Agency Power cold air intake has been engineered to be a direct replacement for the factory Polaris RZR XP 1000 intake. Each part of the intake has been meticulously thought out to provide performance, longevity, and reliability. Starting from the top, the custom high flow Agency Power filter features a blue mesh design with AP logo end cap. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled as its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces which result in more contaminants being captured. This filter is reusable allowing you to easily clean it between rides. To further provide the best air quality for off-road use, Agency Power has created an optional custom Outerwear brand pre-filter covers made specifically for the intake filter to be purchased separately.
The new Agency Power aluminum tube with silicone couplers replaces the factory restrictive plastic intake tube. The silicone coupler and aluminum tube has been designed not only to enhance the performance of your RZR XP 1000 but also an easy installation between the engine and stock air box. Each powder coated black aluminum tube has a smooth inside that helps eliminate any turbulence caused by corrugated tube designing from factory. The intake tube is much stronger and durable than the factory tube allowing it to hold up much better to the harsh elements. As a simple add-on upgrade, there are no modifications that need to be done for installation. The unique filter allows the velocity stack on top of the filter to take full advantage of the RZR air side vent.

Each mount features a polyurethane bushing with a Shore Durometer of 88 to provide a perfect balance for weekend fun and competition needs. The mounts included machined aluminum spacers to fit with the factory motor mount tube or transmission bracket. Each mount has two locating dowel pins for a precision fitment. The mounts have been anodized in our Agency Power smoke gray finish and feature a laser engraved Agency Power text logo on top.

Upgrade your Polaris RZR XP Turbo injectors with these Agency Power Siemens Deka 80lb injectors. Equivalent to 830cc, these are quite the upgrade from the stock 2016 48lb or 2017 55lb injectors. This popular injector upgrade used by many tuners worldwide is perfect for those looking to improve the fueling on their RZR Turbo XP. The injectors are 48mm from end to end which give them the nick name "shorrty" injectors. They are a direct replacement for the stock injectors. The high impedance injectors are very linear and controllable at low pulse widths. This allows you to use a larger injector than normal without hurting your idle or low speed drivability. These injectors are able to function at high fuel pressures and don’t exhibit the high fuel pressure handling problems found with many other high flow high-impedance injectors. This makes these injectors very well suited to turbocharged and supercharged applications that see high fuel system pressures.
Engine performance and running quality are enhanced through the optimized spray pattern. Unlike competitors “pencil stream” high flow injectors; these High Flow injectors utilize a multi-orifice tip providing a true 26 degree spray pattern for improved mixture preparation. This results in lower BSFC and better idle quality than many injectors with less flow.
