Are you tired of hearing that little rattle when you start up your RZR? This is caused by the OEM hydraulic tensioner needing to build pressure before it works. Once your RZR is sitting for a while the oil will drain down, lose pressure and will rattle until the oil pressure is back up. Our auto tensioner is made from aluminum and built tough. This auto adjuster requires no maintenance. This product replaces the Polaris OEM tensioner, part #: 3023143 (Tensioner Ratcheting).
