Description
This tool kit includes the following SLP tools to safely remove and install the roller assembly jam nut and roller assembly on Polaris RZR, Ranger & General 900/1000 models for roller assembly and idler bearing service once the primary clutch has been removed from the machine: Drive Clutch Taper Holding Tool part number 20-220 (used in a vise to hold primary clutch stationary) Drive Clutch Roller Assembly Jam Nut Tool part number 20-214 (removes/installs tower/lock nut above roller assembly) Alignment Tool part number 20-236 (aligns roller assembly jam nut tool with tower/lock nut for easier removal/installation) Drive Clutch Roller Assembly Tool #20-75 (removes/installs roller assembly) Note: A drive clutch removal kit SLP #20-315 is required to pull the primary clutch off the tapered crankshaft before these roller assembly tools can be used to break down the primary clutch. It will also need to be used to remove the primary clutch from the taper holding tool once service has been completed.
